Sephora VIB Haul & iKandy

If you're a Sephora VIB then you should already know about the 15% off that either came in your mail or email. On April 14 Sephora stores held an event, where you could use the discount and also receive a free bag. It's just like the Sephora shopping bag but it's a durable plastic on the outside with a nice inner lining.

When I got my discount in the mail I planned what I wanted. As much as I wanted the whole store I had to limit myself to what I actually needed. I've been more realistic with myself now a days when it comes to shopping for makeup & skincare. The little voice in my head keeps saying, "do I really need that?". So yeah, I just picked up a few things and a little more...lol. Sephora always has some sort of discount...Friends & Family just to name one, which is 20% usually. So, I'll has a chance at a discount again.

The event was from 6-9. When I walked in the store.... I have never seen the line that way before. It wasn't crazy long but it was longer than usual. I was in the market for a new eyeliner, eye cream and that was pretty much it...so I thought. For the eyeliner I went with MUFE aqua eyes. The nice lady at Benefit suckered me into getting their eye cream. It smells great! I also ended up getting 2 things from Urban Decay. The UDPP in Eden and the setting spray, "All Nighter" It's made my Skindinavia and that's what sold me. The actual Skindinavia setting spray is pricier so I was stoked to get this UD one. And while waiting in line I get suckered into the little minis they have around the register area..I got Boscia blotting paper in green tea.
This sale is last till the 21st of April.

Gotta love FREE samples

I also was looking for a clutch or wristlet. I went to Forever21 and Charlotte Russe but no luck. I also went to Macy's but nothing caught my eye either. Then I remembered iKandy. It's a kiosk that is locally run. They got cute stuff and they had a crossover/messenger bag that I've been eyeing for a while. So I decided to go ahead and get it. Since I can't get the Chanel one...this will do. And I wasn't digging the handles of the knockoff Chanel one that I was gonna get .

Yakiniku & Ice Garden

My 3 day weekend is coming to an end. At least I ended it by going to Ice Garden. I've been wanting to eat shaved ice for the past couple weeks now. Other then the North Shore & Baldwin's, Ice Garden is one of my favs. If ever visiting Oahu Hawaii this is a must on your list.
Strawberry with Azuki Beans & Mochi

My husband's....custard and condensed milk
For lunch we wanted to eat Hawaiian food, but the place we wanted to go to is closed on Mondays. So we went to Camillia's Yakiniku Buffet. You basically  grab all the meat and sides you want and the fun part is cooking your own food. I didn't really eat too much cause I was saving myself for dessert at Ice Garden.
It was a well rested weekend for me...ahhh now it's back to the grind. Can't wait till Saturday...get to hang out with my old besties ;)

One Tree Hill

If you know me, then you know how I'm so in love with One Tree Hill. I wished that I had started to watch this show from the beginning. Thanks to Soap Network and my husband for letting be a housewife last year, I got hooked onto this show. I think the main reason why I got so hooked onto this show was the MUSIC. Oh and the hot guys (Chad Micheal Murray & James Lafferty) lol. I found so many artists yet again, I wish I knew about sooner. Mark Schwahn is genius or whoever does the music for this series is. It is true, seasons 1-4 had the best songs and OTH is kinda losing its touch with the music...but still in its 8th season the music is still there but not as great as the first four seasons. Any OTH fan will say the same. Just another thing that I heart :)

The Artists

Bethany Joy Galeotti (Haley James Scott)
Tyler Hilton
Band of Horses
Gavin DeGraw (the theme song artist)
Jon Mclaughlin
Michelle Featherstone
Ray Lamontagne
Keane
Jack's Mannequin
Jimmy Eat World
Schyler Fisk

 Fine Frenzy

Super Moon, Sushi & Bubble Tea

The Super Moon happened last night. What is a super moon? It's when the moon is at its closet to earth. I have to admit that I forgot about it. I saw the moon from my window and realize, "hey the super moon". I don't have the best lens for this type of photo but I did manage to get some shots...how could I not. Well, the moon looked the same to me. Many of my FB friends said the same thing. But here is a go at the super moon.

Sushi is what's or was what I had for lunch today. I must always have a bubble tea drink to go along with my sushi. This one is the best on my side of the island in my opinion. I've tried others and I always come back here.

I'm back & my new favorite wedges

I've been wanting to make a new blog since deleting the old one. Work has been kicking my butt but, now that I have got my new routine down...I figured it's about time I start a blog again.
My shoes :) I was never one to really be all into what goes on my feet. I cared more about my hair, makeup & clothes than my footwear. I want to be comfortable. I think I first heard about this pair from YouTube, either from MakeupbyTiffanyD or DulceCandy87. It's the Dolce Vita for Target. OMG...these are really comfortable so that's a plus for me. I broke them in last Saturday when I went out for a friend's bday. I walked around Waikiki with these bad boys and let me tell you they lived up to their job. I love um and I'm very happy I bought them.
